Acer Landscapes provided the landscaping for this respite care home in Hammersmith. The main contractor was ROK and the architects were Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners. The project was not only awarded a Civic Trust Award, it was also a winner in the RIBA's Stirling Prize for it's remarkable design.

A modernisation scheme carried out by Sanctuary Housing in Hackney, East London has won an award from the National Home Improvement Council for the best 'Housing Association Modernisation'.

Acer provided the soft landscaping for the project which involved the modernisation and improvement of 1,157 properties house in 31 blocks which were previously under the management of Hackney Borough Council.

Devon Mansions in Tooley Street, London, has been selected by the Improvement and Development Agency as a demonstration project to illustrate the worth of their 'Cleaner, Greener, Safer' Scheme.

Acer provided both hard and soft landscaping for this project which involved turning a area of tarmac into a 'Pocket Park' giving some residents all the benefits of access to green space for the first time.

Acer Landscapes achieved success at the National Landscape awards held by the British Association of Landscape Industries in London.

Cambridge Research Park is maintained by Acer on behalf of Slough Estates plc and was awarded the Principal Award in the Landscape Maintenance category.

The park is an important regional wildfiel site just north of Cambridge, incorporating six natural lakes, protected woodland and formal landscaped grounds around a new modern science park.

The judges praised Acer's attention to detail; "The maintenance schedules to sustain the habitat designations including the 'Car Dyke' a scheduled ancient monument, are exacting and well implements by Acer Landscapes. This is a sophisticated landscape management plan."
